Trump Pledges U.S. Might in Defense of NATO’s Eastern Flank Should Russia Attack

Journalists asked Trump whether the US would defend Poland and the Baltic states — Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia — if Russian leader Vladimir Putin continues to escalate.

“Yeah, I would. I would,” Trump said.
