A socialist Democrat poised to represent much of Philadelphia in Congress erupted at members of his own party for distancing themselves from far-left streamer Hasan Piker, who has faced mounting condemnation from prominent Democrats over his controversial rhetoric.
Pennsylvania State Rep. Chris Rabb (D-Philadelphia) is heavily favored to win Pennsylvania’s deep-blue 3rd Congressional District in November.
Rabb lashed out as Democrat leaders are increasingly condemning Piker.
“This is what the institutionalists are focusing their efforts on now: Disavowing Hasan Piker,” Rabb wrote Friday on X.
“Not White Christian nationalists? Not the broligarchs? Not the AI overlords?
“Nope, the guy encouraging young people to use their collective political power for good.”
Rabb concluded his response with an expletive.
“F**k that noise,” he raged.
